Did you just pull up to some random person’s house and wonder if you’re at the right place for a Meadery? You kind of did, but don’t worry; you are in the correct place! We are just a bit of a different experience.
The first thing you will see when you arrive is a large white farmhouse. That is a private residence and not part of the Brewery, so despite it’s size and prominent location, you can just ignore that.
Across the road from the house is a small parking area for you to use. Then, you will just follow the string of lights down the driveway which will lead you to your destination! The Brewery itself is located in the smaller building behind the house. (Look for the blue roof!) Come on in for a unique experience!
Some important points when you come to visit:
- Watch the sky! We are an outdoor venue, which means that we are at the mercy of the weather. However, if it gets too bad, we do have limited seating inside.
- If you’re going to be visiting after dark, you should think about bringing a jacket or sweatshirt. It gets colder than you think.
- If you have never tried mead or our hard ciders, you are able to sample them before buying a full bottle. That way, you know you are getting something you will love.
- Sometimes, when the weather is especially nice, you can find us down by the pond at the fire pit. Feel free to join us there! Our Dark Apple Cider is delightful when warmed by the fire.
- We have recently partnered with Idunn’s Acres, which is a local food vendor and will be offering dinner during open hours, so come hungry! Our brewer also happens to be an amazing cook!
- Keep an eye on our Facebook page. We LOVE to host special events, and the more the merrier! We also post there any times that we may be closed.
